We are in the process of rethinking our cancer support group to expand the group in meeting needs in Montgomery County. We invite you to share your insights and needs regarding the challenges faced by those in Montgomery County living with catastrophic and chronic illnesses, particularly those with limited or no means of support.

We will have a survey/form we invite you to participate in if you would. This way we’ll more accurately access what the real needs are pertaining to our community based on what you says those needs are.
